Joe C. is an auto body technician and one of Bob's life-long friends. He keeps the atmosphere in the shop light-hearted . He is quick to lend a hand is always trying to make us all laugh!
Andy is also one of our auto body technicians. He has been with us since the beginning. Andy likes to go fishing in his spare-time with his son Andrew and likes to listen to country music in the shop.

Joe B. was our first employee when Bob opened the shop and we’re happy to have him back! He is one of our main auto body technicians but in his spare time he loves working on his own trophy-winning 1987 SS Monte Carlo and going to car shows.
Ken B. works in both our detailing and paint departments. He can be quite the prankster at times but he never goes on a coffee run without offering to bring some back for the rest of us!
Fun Fact: Joe B. is Ken's uncle
Rob a.k.a Rob O. is one of our main auto body technicians here at the shop. He specializes in repairing German vehicles, most specifically Mercedes-Benz. He likes to play classic rock in the shop and recently celebrated his 29th year with us! Rob likes to snowmobile in the winter and enjoys kayaking in the summer.
Following in his father’s footsteps, RJ (Robert Jr.) is a student at HC Wilcox Technical High School and works at the shop on his summer break, helping out in the detailing department and learning the trade.

Established by Robert Amendola in 1986, Autoworks of Westville Inc. is a full service service collision repair shop serving the Greater New Haven area. We are family owned and operated providing state of the art auto body repairs.
Gabe is our main detailer and ensures that every car is sparkling clean after repairs. Aside from his duties at the shop, Gabe also works in a mechanical shop part-time. When he's not working, Gabe likes to go fishing and enjoys the outdoors.
Brandon also works in our detailing department and he is a student at Central Connecticut University. In his spare time, Brandon likes to play baseball, football and basketball.
Robert (Bob) Amendola is the proud owner of Autoworks of Westville Inc. Bob got his start in the automotive industry working at Ekblade Oldsmobile as a Mechanic and later attended the University of New Haven where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating, he worked as an appraiser for Travelers Insurance but knew that he ultimately wanted to open his own collision repair shop.
In 1986 he purchased what was once an old auto body shop turned pizza restaurant and transformed the property into the building that Autoworks of Westville now inhabits. He has been in business for over thirty years and has a true passion for the collision repair industry. Bob is a member of the Board of Directors for the Auto Body Association of Connecticut and continuously strives to improve the industry for shop owners and educate consumers. His dedication is evident in the quality of work he provides and the way he cares for his customers.
Bob is joined by his wife, Liz a.k.a "Lizzy B". Liz helps steer the ship and oversees the daily operations of the office. She is a Johnson and Wales graduate with a degree in Equine Science. A true animal lover, she also works part-time as an animal control officer on the weekends.

Ashley began working at the shop part-time while attending Albertus Magnus College in New Haven where she’s since graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She now works in the office at the shop full time and serves on the Board of Directors for the Auto Body Association of Connecticut. Ashley writes estimates and assists customers in filing insurance claims. Aside from working at the shop, Ashley enjoys skiing, snowmobiling and paddle-boarding.
Tyler is a student at Albertus Magnus College pursuing a degree in Accounting. He also works at the shop part-time learning the ins and outs of the family business. A bit of a gearhead, Tyler enjoys dirt-biking and working on his car in his free time.
